Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for trading and financial applications such as Black Rock Aladdin, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, and other platforms.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and escalate potential issues.
- Support user access management and permissions.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide basic technical assistance.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
Requirements
- A keen interest in financial services and technology.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and trading processes (training provided).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn trading platforms.
- Exposure to scripting or coding (SQL, Python, Power Shell) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
