- Assist with a Global Specialities data strategy by understanding and analysing the current approach to data and analytics
- Apply the organisation’s data and analytics strategy to day-to-day business challenges
- Gain understanding of the insurance industry and clients’ needs
- Understand how data is structured, stored and connected across business systems
- Use analytical tools to support effective decision-making
- Collect, cleanse and analyse data from a range of sources
- Present insights through clear reports, dashboards and visualisations
- Build relationships with colleagues and clients across cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction sectors
- Work directly within a line of business while reporting to the central global data strategy division
- Complete a two-year graduate programme with ongoing support from the early career development team

- A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and clearly convey complicated information
- Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge
- Comfortable working in a team
- At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline
