  • Apply the organisation’s data and analytics strategy to day-to-day business challenges
  • Gain understanding of the insurance industry and clients’ needs
  • Understand how data is structured, stored and connected across business systems
  • Use analytical tools to support effective decision-making
  • Collect, cleanse and analyse data from a range of sources
  • Present insights through clear reports, dashboards and visualisations
  • Build relationships with colleagues and clients across cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction sectors
  • Work directly within a line of business while reporting to the central global data strategy division
  • Complete a two-year graduate programme with ongoing support from the early career development team

Requirements

  • A natural problem solver with a mathematical and analytical mind
  • Able to work with and analyse data to draw meaningful conclusions
  • A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and clearly convey complicated information
  • Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge
  • Comfortable working in a team
  • At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline
