- Support the Business and Finance Team in delivering key financial and operational services
- Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to locality-based staff across Suffolk
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to care providers
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes
- Resolve complex queries and deliver effective solutions
- Deliver training and support to care providers
- Interpret, analyse, and present data to support decision-making
- Manage, motivate, and develop team members through effective line management
- Work within the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Team in Adult Social Care
Requirements
- ILM Level 3 or 5 qualification in Business Management, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of financial processes
- Experience using finance systems such as Oracle
- Proven line management experience, including supporting and developing staff
- Excellent communication, IT, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead change, build positive relationships, and work collaboratively
- Commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for people in Suffolk
- Supporting statement and CV required for application
- Supporting documents must be in PDF or MS Word format
- DBS checks or police vetting required for relevant posts
