Responsibilities
- Scanning the biotech and life sciences landscape for funding rounds, leadership changes, conference activity, and partnership news β and translating those signals into actionable briefs for the sales team.
- Using tools to draft scientifically credible, trigger-specific outreach at scale β emails and Linked In messages that are personal.
- Owning Hub Spot end-to-end: workflows, data hygiene, reporting, and optimisation.
- Building and running outreach sequences via Apollo and Linked In Sales Navigator, with smart timing and follow-up logic.
- Coordinating conference outreach β mapping attendees, scheduling pre/post-event follow-ups, ensuring no warm lead goes cold.
- Documenting what works. Build simple playbooks and train the team on the tools and tactics that are moving the needle.
- Qualifying inbound and self-sourced leads against the Ideal Customer Profile β keeping the pipeline focused on the highest-relevance biotech and genetics accounts.
Requirements
- Has strong, hands-on Hub Spot experience β you know it well enough to tune it, not just use it.
- Writes with clarity and credibility β you can translate complex science into compelling commercial messaging.
- Is genuinely curious about the biotech and life sciences landscape β funding cycles, R&D trends, the names that matter.
- Has good instincts for what\'s signal vs noise β and the judgement to prioritise accordingly.
- Is comfortable with Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted content tools.
- Has worked in complex B2B sales environments β life sciences, data, or Saa S backgrounds are particularly relevant.
- Even better if you have experience owning or contributing to sales enablement programmes or playbooks.
- Confidence engaging with senior commercial and scientific stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research workflows β prompting, output editing, quality control.
