Responsibilities

  • Scanning the biotech and life sciences landscape for funding rounds, leadership changes, conference activity, and partnership news β€” and translating those signals into actionable briefs for the sales team.
  • Using tools to draft scientifically credible, trigger-specific outreach at scale β€” emails and Linked In messages that are personal.
  • Owning Hub Spot end-to-end: workflows, data hygiene, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Building and running outreach sequences via Apollo and Linked In Sales Navigator, with smart timing and follow-up logic.
  • Coordinating conference outreach β€” mapping attendees, scheduling pre/post-event follow-ups, ensuring no warm lead goes cold.
  • Documenting what works. Build simple playbooks and train the team on the tools and tactics that are moving the needle.
  • Qualifying inbound and self-sourced leads against the Ideal Customer Profile β€” keeping the pipeline focused on the highest-relevance biotech and genetics accounts.

Requirements

  • Has strong, hands-on Hub Spot experience β€” you know it well enough to tune it, not just use it.
  • Writes with clarity and credibility β€” you can translate complex science into compelling commercial messaging.
  • Is genuinely curious about the biotech and life sciences landscape β€” funding cycles, R&D trends, the names that matter.
  • Has good instincts for what\'s signal vs noise β€” and the judgement to prioritise accordingly.
  • Is comfortable with Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted content tools.
  • Has worked in complex B2B sales environments β€” life sciences, data, or Saa S backgrounds are particularly relevant.
  • Even better if you have experience owning or contributing to sales enablement programmes or playbooks.
  • Confidence engaging with senior commercial and scientific stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted research workflows β€” prompting, output editing, quality control.
