- Experience in assessing risk and responding appropriately
- Excellent IT skills including SAP, IRIS, Oracle
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively deal with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to operational demands

- Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking skills
