- Work closely with management to implement corporate human resources, organizational development and employee development policies at the business unit or division level
- Consult with employees and managers to identify root causes of human resources issues
- Attempt to resolve employee relations issues using a systematic approach
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives, including salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning and organizational change
- Assist senior management in developing solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
- May administer talent management and succession planning activities within the client organization
