Responsibilities
- Efficient and effective handling of daily HR administration and routine operational processes.
- Provision of support to employees and managers on HR-related queries, working closely with the HR Manager.
- Employee data and record management β ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all processing activities.
- Provision of accurate, complete and timely inputs into the monthly payroll cycle.
- Support for corporate HR initiatives, process optimisation, and proactive participation in European HR projects in collaboration with the wider HR team.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration or HR services.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Preferred: Experience working in an international company, entry-level HR certification (academic / vocational).
