Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support employee relations processes, including note-taking for meetings and preparing documentation
  • Manage HR administration such as absence, attendance and right-to-work records
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers and colleagues
  • Support engagement activities, reporting requirements and general HR administration

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and support a range of HR activities
