- Support delivery of innovative marketing and attraction campaigns
- Manage candidate experience from first contact through first day
- Develop talent pipelines for early careers programmes
- Respond to queries in the Early Careers and attraction mailbox within SLA timeframes
- Plan and run assessment centres, including room bookings, timetables, invitations, and communications
- Provide post-assessment-centre feedback and manage ATS pipelines
- Follow internal processes, legislation, visa, and eligibility requirements
- Support reasonable adjustments during applications
- Receive and record new-hire eligibility documents
- Manage candidate expenses accurately and timely
- Support offers and onboarding, including contracts and acceptance tracking
- Keep RBP’s and Campaign Lead informed for the Sky account
- Participate in working groups, recruitment events, careers fairs, welcome events, and graduations
- Build knowledge of the Early Careers landscape, industry research, and trends
- Work with job boards and networks to advertise Sky opportunities and events
- Generate links and write campaign copy
- Attend insight events and handle attraction-related inbox queries
- Communicate with candidate cohorts to support advocacy content and social activity
