Requirements

What You Bring / Requirements

  • Senior procurement and/or supply chain leadership experience in FMCG, food service, vending, retail, or logistics environments
  • Proven track record delivering measurable margin improvement and cost optimisation
  • Experience managing complex supplier ecosystems and commercial negotiations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
  • Experience operating in multi-site, high-volume, route-based businesses (preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen with direct linkage between supply chain levers and P&L outcomes
  • Ability to work in matrix organisation (local, group level)
  • Experience in transformation-led or performance-driven environments (PE-backed desirable)
  • Familiarity with vending, coffee systems, or unattended retail models (preferred)
