Own social performance measurement across growth, engagement and commercial contribution.
Work closely with the Social Media Analyst to translate data into actionable strategic decisions.
Identify which formats, campaigns and drops drive measurable revenue impact.
Develop structured reporting frameworks for Directors, highlighting performance trends and growth opportunities.
Set and own KPIs for follower growth, engagement rate, and audience health.
Partner closely with marketing channels to align organic and paid amplification strategies.
Work in close partnership with the Head of Creative to ensure strategy and creative execution remain aligned.
Establish clear frameworks for social governance, escalation and decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leading social media for a brand with a strong community focus, preferably in activewear, fitness, or lifestyle industries.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, insights, and performance-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for fitness, strength training, and women’s empowerment is a plus.
