Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the integrated marketing plan across Fitness and Social Responsibility, aligning all channels to commercial and charitable priorities
  • Turn trading goals into clear, actionable marketing plans—managing budgets, channel mix, dependencies and priorities
  • Lead a virtual team and agency partners to deliver joined-up campaigns and always-on activity from brief to evaluation
  • Be accountable for marketing’s contribution to key trading metrics, including joiners, revenue, bookings and retention
  • Own performance reporting and narrative, using data and test-and-learn approaches to continuously improve outcomes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities while embedding effective planning, governance and scalable processes

Requirements

  • Significant senior marketing experience within a performance- or trading-led environment, spanning acquisition and retention
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing mix, with experience building integrated plans across Paid Media, CRM, PR, Content, Digital and Creative
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate trading priorities into marketing activity that drives measurable outcomes
  • Highly data-literate, able to interrogate performance, identify what matters and draw clear, actionable conclusions
  • Confident communicator, creating clear, insight-led updates and recommendations for executive audiences
  • Delivery-focused, with a disciplined approach to planning, governance and driving outcomes over activity
