- Set the Fund's strategy with the CEO and Trustees
- Design how impact gets delivered, including new AI-enabled programmes
- Build and manage funder relationships with banks, consultancies, foundations, and major donors
- Write and pitch funding propositions
- Own charity governance, including trustee board packs and regulatory compliance
- Run financial controls, treasury, and audit preparation
- Build and lead a small team
Requirements
- Currently based in the UK, with the right to work here without sponsorship
- Comfortable owning genuinely ambiguous work with no existing playbook
- Can build a relationship with a senior funder from a cold start
- Can write and pitch a funding proposition that actually gets money moving
- Can build a theory of change
- Governance and financial discipline
- Real, hands-on fluency with AI tools, applied to actual problems
