  • Write evidence-based training modules about neurodiversity
  • Deliver regular online and in-person training sessions
  • Deliver specialist, Train the Trainer and discipline-specific training
  • Collaborate with the Evolve International Skills & Research Academy team and manager on training content, module structures and marketing plans
  • Contribute to training content plans
  • Provide neuroinclusion consultancy to schools and businesses throughout the UK
  • Conduct face-to-face structured observations for neurodevelopmental assessments
  • Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
  • Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions
  • Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families
  • Produce accurate clinical reports and diagnostic formulations
  • Work efficiently to meet service KPIs
  • Deliver clinical supervision where applicable
  • Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people
  • Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
  • In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism and ADHD
  • Trained and experienced in diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R
  • Effective time management and caseload organisation skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and participate in collaborative diagnostic discussions
  • Highly developed written language skills for high-quality clinical reports
  • Strong research skills and ability to translate findings into structured training modules
  • Experience delivering online live training
  • Well-developed communication skills with children, young people, families and adults
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK as required
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of Harrogate Head Office and one of the listed clinics
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
