- Write evidence-based training modules about neurodiversity
- Deliver regular online and in-person training sessions
- Deliver specialist, Train the Trainer and discipline-specific training
- Collaborate with the Evolve International Skills & Research Academy team and manager on training content, module structures and marketing plans
- Contribute to training content plans
- Provide neuroinclusion consultancy to schools and businesses throughout the UK
- Conduct face-to-face structured observations for neurodevelopmental assessments
- Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
- Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions
- Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families
- Produce accurate clinical reports and diagnostic formulations
- Work efficiently to meet service KPIs
- Deliver clinical supervision where applicable
- Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England
- Minimum of 1 year's experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people
- Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
- In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism and ADHD
- Trained and experienced in diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R
- Effective time management and caseload organisation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and participate in collaborative diagnostic discussions
- Highly developed written language skills for high-quality clinical reports
- Strong research skills and ability to translate findings into structured training modules
- Experience delivering online live training
- Well-developed communication skills with children, young people, families and adults
- Ability to travel throughout the UK as required
- Must be based within a commutable distance of Harrogate Head Office and one of the listed clinics
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
