Requirements
- Strong academic background, ideally a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or another analytical/numerate discipline
- Clear desire to build a long-term career in finance, FP&A or strategic/commercial finance
- Commitment to studying towards the CIMA professional qualification as part of the graduate programme
- Strong numerical and analytical capability, with ability to interpret data and identify key messages
- Strong interest in finance, data and technology
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Interest in Power BI, data visualisation and business intelligence
- Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies applied to finance, analysis, reporting and process improvement
- Commercial curiosity and interest in how businesses operate and make strategic decisions
- Ability to communicate analysis clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand the wider commercial picture
- Proactive, inquisitive and comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions and learning new systems and concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across recurring finance activities and project-based work
- Collaborative approach and confidence working with Finance, Technology and wider business colleagues
- London-based
- Previous professional finance experience is not required
- Commitment to completing CIMA is a requirement of the role
