Graduate Engineer – Rotational Scheme

• Complete four rotations, including three placements across engineering functions
• Gain experience in Structural and Fluid Dynamics, Simulation and Control, Systems and Safety, Mechanical Design, and Software and Electronics
• Spend time in Project Management and/or Business Development/Business Management
• Work with an experienced mentor throughout the graduate programme
• Develop and finalise responsibilities over time within each rotation
• Progress toward Chartership with an Engineering Professional Body

Requirements

• Recent or upcoming engineering graduate
• Minimum 2:1 degree, achieved or on track for, in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar
• Eligible to obtain Security Check (SC)
• Ability to learn new technical skills
• Capability to act and work independently and as an effective and enthusiastic team member
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite
• Desired: understanding of 3 or more of Loads and Aeroelastics, Modelling and Simulation, Systems Engineering, MATLAB, C++, embedded electronics, or mechanical design using 3D CAD

Demonstrates strong foundational knowledge in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, with proficiency in MATLAB, C++, and 3D CAD. Capable of effective communication and teamwork while progressing toward Chartership with an Engineering Professional Body.
