- Deliver world-class product availability for the Charlotte Tilbury brand
- Manage replenishment decisions and processes using data, parameters, and systems
- Ensure availability in regional warehouses in line with region-specific active catalogues
- Translate the demand plan into an actionable supply plan
- Manage transactional processes supporting order call-offs and time-based inventory status and availability updates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate supply deployment across regional markets
- Monitor supply availability and proactively resolve deployment constraints and shortages
- Drive deployment decisions during supply shortages based on business priorities and allocation rules
- Track deployment KPIs, including service levels, inventory health, stock availability, and deployment adherence
- Collaborate with global operations, commercial, procurement, and NPD teams to incorporate stakeholder needs into the supply plan
- Communicate risks and opportunities against the stock profile
- Manage supplier releases into regions and monitor over-, under-, late-, and early deliveries
- Contribute to process improvement and standardisation with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the S&OP process through planning insights, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration
- Report to the Global Supply Planning Manager
Requirements
- Supply Chain Planning experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Advanced Excel user
- Accuracy and attention to detail to challenge and spot errors
- Proven analytical skills, including producing, interpreting, drawing conclusions from, and presenting data
- Ability to work at pace
