Jobtailor is seeking a senior HR leader to drive scalable HR frameworks across international operations. You will build and standardise global HR policies, processes and organisational structures, and lead job architecture, grading and reward frameworks. You will oversee organisational design and workforce planning, develop recruitment, talent and succession frameworks, embed performance management, and support senior stakeholders through transformation programmes across UK, Europe, USA.
