- Manage end-to-end design and delivery of finance managed services
- Manage and develop senior finance client relationships, including Finance Leads and Finance Directors
- Develop commercial proposals and shape operating models aligned with client needs, compliance requirements, and transformation goals
- Work with onshore and offshore multidisciplinary delivery teams, driving performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments
- Shape and develop client deliverables
- Proactively support management of client engagements under a Director or Partner
- Apply workflow tools, analytics platforms, and automation such as RPA and AI to enhance delivery
- Contribute to bids, proposals, pursuit activity, and solution design sessions
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Manage commercial performance, including contract profitability and growth
- Identify and research business development opportunities with new and existing clients
- Align Finance Managed Services work with wider Finance Transformation and ERP projects
Requirements
- Strong understanding of core finance processes, including Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and FP&A
- Strong background in delivering complex finance operations, outsourcing or managed services engagements, or finance transformation and ERP projects
- Experience with Finance Operating Model design, finance process design and run, Shared Services Centres, and outsourcing
- Experience working with Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) models
- Practical knowledge of leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and delivery skills, with a passion for innovation, automation, and digital enablement
- Collaborative leadership style that empowers teams and fosters capability development
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex and technical concepts simply
- Passion for understanding client strategies and requirements and building scalable, robust, and forward-thinking finance solutions
- Available for work visa sponsorship
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
