- Design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure environments using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- Architect scalable compute, storage, and networking layers across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Automate continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and cloud resource provisioning workflows
- Ensure infrastructure meets corporate security baseline standards, compliance policies, and performance benchmarks
- Lead the technical design, deployment, and configuration of ServiceNow instances covering ITSM, ITOM, and Cloud Provisioning & Governance
- Configure MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB populations across cloud environments
- Develop custom workflows, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and business rules within ServiceNow
- Oversee instance cloning, upgrade management, release management, and platform performance tuning
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) with proven hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and extending ServiceNow platforms
- Proven expertise provisioning cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep)
- Technical proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and IntegrationHub
- Hands‑on experience with JavaScript (ServiceNow API), Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
