  • Produce trusted performance reporting, KPI analysis and actionable insights for HAFS leaders
  • Execute HAFS’s metric reporting and analytics strategy against business requirements
  • Provide metric and KPI reporting, data analytics and insight supporting a customer promise-led delivery model
  • Deliver performance metric and KPI reporting and analytics for assigned HAFS functional areas
  • Interpret key business drivers within a shared services environment
  • Collaborate with business partners at various organisational levels and external stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines
  • Support data integrity and reliable, actionable performance analytics
  • Interpret KPI trends and provide reliable data inputs for decision-making
  • Help functional leaders monitor service delivery and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work using own initiative in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple demands and appropriately prioritise responsibilities
  • Commitment to customer service and ability to build, manage and maintain relationships with business partners across the organisation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good project management skills, including managing details through completion and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with some understanding of finance and accounting environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in business intelligence/analytics software, particularly Microsoft Power BI
  • Previous experience within a Shared Services, Centre of Excellence or Business Process Outsourcing environment (preferred)
  • Hospitality industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience applying AI in a business intelligence or analytics context (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate (preferred)
  • Proficiency with relational databases and SQL (preferred)

Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in KPI reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a commitment to customer service and collaboration with stakeholders.
