  • Co-design measurement tools for colleague behaviour and drivers of behavioural change
  • Apply business and academic evidence-based research and market insights to design, test and support deployment of behavioural and attitudinal measurement tools
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary squad to build evidence-based products
  • Develop Organisational Behaviour team capabilities and lead behavioural intervention capability development with external partners
  • Conduct rapid evidence assessments and produce focused reports with actionable insights
  • Plan and project-manage organisational behavioural science initiatives
  • Apply HR and Group policies, standards, governance and internal controls
  • Act as a Vice President within Organisational Effectiveness, applying behavioural science to organisational performance, transformation and colleague experience
  • Design and implement behavioural interventions supporting cultural evolution, strategic priorities and performance outcomes
  • Lead and support organisational diagnostics using engagement survey data, cultural and behavioural indicators, and operational metrics
  • Shape organisational and cultural frameworks, identify behavioural blockers, enhance colleague journeys, and contribute to organisational health measures
  • Support large-scale transformation, including adoption of new tools and AI-driven ways of working
  • Advise and influence senior stakeholders on behavioural priorities and organisational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Strong consultancy skills, with the ability to translate behavioural science insights and data into clear, practical solutions for senior stakeholders
  • Behavioural science expertise, with experience applying theory to design and deliver behavioural change, assessment and interventions
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, actionable insights
  • Communication and influencing skills, with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical skills relevant for success in role may include risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
