Responsibilities

  • Build high-calibre talent pipelines of Functional Consultants, Implementation Leads, and Project Managers for immediate and future hiring needs
  • Qualify and screen candidates at the top of the funnel β€” evaluating consulting experience, ERP/Saa S exposure, motivation, cultural alignment, and the core attributes that drive success in implementation roles (ownership, comfort with ambiguity, customer-first mindset)
  • Master modern sourcing and ATS tooling β€” primarily Ashby and Juicebox β€” to identify, engage, and convert candidates at scale
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends across the DACH and UK regions
  • Develop creative sourcing techniques and compelling outreach to candidates with P2P, O2C, ERP implementation, or technical consulting backgrounds
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional candidate experiences

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in outbound talent sourcing/recruitment in high-growth environments
  • Data-driven approach using metrics to improve effectiveness
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
