- Lead the end-to-end rollout of installations across council sites, from kick-off to handover.
- Oversee configuration and commissioning of camera units to meet council requirements.
- Train and certify partners on installation and maintenance of solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and uptime standards.
- Coordinate schedules, priorities, and escalations between installation partners and HQ.
- Serve as the named technical point of contact for councils.
- Triage and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Ensure partners meet Vizzia's execution and delivery-time standards.
- Conduct site surveys to validate camera types and installation locations.
- Produce execution packs for installers.
- Coordinate spares and replacements with HQ to minimise downtime.
- Produce regular reports and progress updates for management.
- Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records.
- Build relationships with HQ, external partners, and council clients.
- Travel regularly across the UK for deployments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience working with technical delivery or field operations, ideally in council, public-sector, or similarly complex environments.
- Understanding of electrical systems, outdoor installations, and pole/camera fixings would be a bonus.
- Track record of deploying and commissioning hardware or camera systems.
- Confident managing multiple projects at once and keeping everyone informed.
- Great communication skills - comfortable breaking down and explaining technical issues.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Full working proficiency English skills.
- UK driving licence is required to get between sites.
- Familiarity with CCTV or EV charging infrastructure would be a bonus.
- Experience with UK local authorities, the public sector, or B2G would be a bonus.
