Overview
You will be part of our inventory team ensuring that our databases contain up-to-date records of holiday related inventory.
Loading and maintenance of arrangements and services.
Manage allocations, releases, restrictions and pricing rules.
Set up and maintain multi-centre trips and tours.
Input and maintain cost and selling prices where applicable.
Cross-check system loading within the team to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with the Destination team to implement programme changes.
Liaise with Reservations/Customer Support teams to resolve booking queries.
Load and maintain all pre-bookable inventory for reporting.
Manage locally sold inventory within the system.
Respond quickly and efficiently to requests for new inventory.
Maintain accurate cost and selling prices.
Requirements
- Strong administration experience.
- Excellent skills with using databases.
- Methodical and numerate approach.
- Able to focus on all areas of a task using accuracy and attention to detail.
- Has experience of prioritisation, time management and problem solving.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Able to work logically and collaboratively.
