- Support in the co-ordination of recruitment processes
- Interview scheduling and preparation of materials

- Assist in market mapping and identifying talent

- Be the point of contact for HR onboarding
- Manage procurement and PO process
- Work in partnership with executive recruitment managers
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative role within either HR or Recruitment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills
