Jobtailor is seeking a talent sourcer to build high-calibre pipelines for Functional Consultants, Implementation Leads and Project Managers across the DACH and UK regions. You will qualify candidates at the top of the funnel, assessing consulting experience, ERP/SaaS exposure, motivation, cultural fit, and core attributes like ownership and customer-first mindset.
Master modern sourcing and ATS tooling (Ashby, Juicebox) to identify and engage candidates at scale, partner with hiring managers.
