Responsibilities

  • Defining and delivering customer‑driven content propositions that support commercial growth across the World Business Media portfolio.
  • Set the strategic direction for customer‑facing content across written, video and event‑based formats.
  • Translate customer objectives and audience insight into clear positioning, compelling storytelling and scalable content products.
  • Manage and guide Content Editors and contributors, ensuring consistent quality, messaging and execution across the portfolio.
  • Work closely with customers, commercial leadership, marketing, production teams and external partners, acting as the senior content lead for commercial activity.
  • Own the development and delivery of sponsored content, thought leadership, partner interviews and client‑led narratives.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement tools and content assets to support pitching and client conversations.
  • Oversee planning and delivery of long‑form content (reports, features, documentaries, special projects) and short‑form content (interviews, video clips, panel highlights, editorial‑style explainers).

Requirements

  • Significant experience creating customer‑driven or sponsored content.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, messaging and proposition development.
  • Experience working with commercial teams, clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills across written and video formats.
  • Confidence hosting interviews, panels and live events.
  • Ability to translate complex industry topics into clear, engaging insight.
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort operating in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
