Seen Connects is seeking an experienced operations leader to own the day-to-day running of the agency, remove friction and embed clear, scalable processes. You will balance hands-on delivery with strategic oversight, own capacity planning across teams, influence senior stakeholders and protect margins as we scale.
Experience leading operations in an agency that grew to 100+ staff and familiarity with influencer or social marketing is helpful; training provided.
