Responsibilities
- Own and manage a defined product area, customer journey, or set of features.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business goals and customer needs.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and success measures.
- Ensure product solutions deliver value for customers and business.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
- Support product discovery, customer research, and validation activities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.
- Help improve onboarding, remittance experiences, engagement, and retention journeys.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support roadmap planning and quarterly prioritization processes.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Champion customer‑centric product development and data‑driven decision making.
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve product research, analysis, documentation, and delivery effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in digital product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies and agile delivery.
- Experience using product analytics and customer insights to inform decision making.
- Ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and prioritization abilities.
- Experience within fintech, payments, financial services, or digital consumer products is advantageous.
