Jobtailor is seeking a qualified solicitor/associate with 3+ years’ PQE in banking and finance to advise lender clients on development finance transactions from structuring through to completion in Birmingham.
The role requires:
- Strong lender-side experience
- A track record in real estate finance
- The ability to manage complex matters with multiple stakeholders
Desirable exposure to social housing finance transactions and a proven capability to draft and negotiate key finance documents.
