Jobtailor is seeking a senior HR professional to lead DEI initiatives across UK and international sites.

You will design, deliver and own the DEI framework, drive reporting, storytelling and external trend benchmarking.

A focus on wellbeing programs and data-driven insights will be central to the role.

You will collaborate with Global Communications, TA and People Experience to ensure DEI communications span the employee lifecycle.
