Responsibilities
- Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders
- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
- Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
- Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
Requirements
- Degree educated, or equivalent, with experience within a field sales-based position.
- Experienced with technical sales, ideally with experience in tender design and alterations to reflect the customers needs and wants.
- Customer-focused approach to sales, with experience in working with your customers to build a long standing partnership.
- Market mapping, worked with and on various tools to map out your market to ensure you\'re spending your time talking to the right people.
