- Overview
- Support the planning and delivery of social media activity for MA Business events, creating content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Assist with the setup, monitoring and optimisation of paid social campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and help produce reports, sharing insights and recommendations with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Work with our in-house studio to create and adapt graphic templates, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
- Review event photography and videography, selecting suitable content for websites and social media channels.
- Create marketing toolkits, materials and HTMLs for sponsors and exhibitors.
- Gather testimonials and case studies to support ongoing promotional activity.
- Support the delivery of live events when required and assist with wider marketing projects across the portfolio.
- Work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, events and creative teams.
- Use performance data, feedback and insight to help improve campaign results.
- Contribute ideas that enhance audience engagement and strengthen our marketing activity.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and how they are used for commercial marketing.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
- Experience using tools such as Adestra, Evessio, Adobe Express, Photo Affinity or similar image editing software (Nice-to-haves).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other reporting and performance tools (Nice-to-haves).
- Experience supporting marketing activity for events, awards or exhibitions (Nice-to-haves).
- An interest in content creation, social media trends and digital marketing (Nice-to-haves).
