The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 Β£ per year.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking assessment and practical support/advice to families to address wellbeing needs, concerns and emerging risk.
  • Working collaboratively with a range of partner agencies to promote wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Contributing to the delivery of a range of group work opportunities.
  • Recording service user information and measuring impact of support.
  • Some lone working, working flexibly.

Requirements

  • Educated to SCQF Level 7 which includes HNC or Advanced Highers or equivalent in one of the relevant fields of childcare, social care, health or community development.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable children, young people and families.
  • Ability to build effective relationships.
  • Knowledge of assessment frameworks.
  • Experience of delivering interventions which demonstrate impact and improve outcomes.
  • Good communication and organisational skills including IT and report writing skills.
  • Partnership working skills.
  • Ability to travel within Fife.
  • Ability to work as part of a Team and on own as required.
  • PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland.
