- Prototype creative and interactive ideas from rough prototypes through to polished experiences
- Collaborate with designers, strategists and creatives from the beginning of projects
- Bring technical perspective into the creative process and help teams understand what is possible
- Explore Generative AI, creative coding, new interfaces and emerging technologies
- Build rapid prototypes, interactive brand behaviours, generative design systems and internal creative tools
- Share discoveries and make emerging technology accessible to the team
- Help define how technology can shape brand experiences
- Work with brands including TikTok, F1 and Netflix
Requirements
- Around 3 years’ experience in either design or front-end engineering
- Strong eye for design and thoughtful interaction understanding
- Strong technical execution and creative flair
- Experience or ability with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Generative AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, creative coding, Figma, WebGL/Three.js or similar technologies
- Portfolio of relevant work and code demonstrating design sensibility, technical execution and creative flair
- Comfortable prototyping with code
- Ability to prototype, test and iterate
- Ability to communicate technical ideas simply
- Curiosity and comfort with uncertainty
- Ability to collaborate across design, strategy and creative disciplines
