Overview of developing, owning and managing key client relationships; identifying key client needs/issues and developing and leading on propositions which address these client issues; meeting and exceeding sales targets for core platform transformation, systems integration, operating model redesign, and managed services / outsourcing advisory within the Asset Management industry area; contributing to our continued thought leadership to ensure that appropriate solutions are developed for our AWM clients; developing the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you; leading operational transformation change projects, taking the leadership role in mixed PwC/ client teams.
Requirements:
- Significant experience gained from within one of the other Big 4 Consulting practices or similar large Consulting organisations.
- Track record of consulting related sales within the AWM industry.
- Ability to shape and sell consulting propositions around platform modernisation, technology-enabled operating model change.
- Experience working with major investment management platform vendors, service providers, custodians, and technology partners across complex implementation or transformation programmes.
- Strong front to back functional and operational understanding of the role of all of the key players in the AWM value chain and across the lifecycle of a trade.
- Familiarity with other key systems and infrastructure used by Asset Management businesses across their front- to -back investment processes.
