Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of marketing and communications activity across the business.
- Creating marketing content across digital and offline channels including social media, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Managing social media scheduling and publishing across company platforms.
- Maintaining and updating website content through the CMS.
- Supporting internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and company updates.
- Assisting with the promotion, coordination, and delivery of events, webinars, exhibitions, and training initiatives.
- Supporting campaign delivery with copywriting, asset coordination, and content production.
- Working with teams across the business to gather information and produce engaging communications.
- Monitoring marketing activity and supporting reporting where required.
- Ensuring all content aligns with company brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Requirements
- Has experience in a marketing, communications, content, or events-focused role
- Has strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Is confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Has experience with social media management and scheduling tools
- Has experience updating website content using CMS platforms
- Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders across the business
- Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Works proactively and takes ownership of delivery tasks
- Has experience using Hub Spot or similar CRM/marketing platforms (desirable but not essential)
