Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of marketing and communications activity across the business.
  • Creating marketing content across digital and offline channels including social media, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Managing social media scheduling and publishing across company platforms.
  • Maintaining and updating website content through the CMS.
  • Supporting internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and company updates.
  • Assisting with the promotion, coordination, and delivery of events, webinars, exhibitions, and training initiatives.
  • Supporting campaign delivery with copywriting, asset coordination, and content production.
  • Working with teams across the business to gather information and produce engaging communications.
  • Monitoring marketing activity and supporting reporting where required.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with company brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Requirements

  • Has experience in a marketing, communications, content, or events-focused role
  • Has strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Is confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Has experience with social media management and scheduling tools
  • Has experience updating website content using CMS platforms
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders across the business
  • Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Works proactively and takes ownership of delivery tasks
  • Has experience using Hub Spot or similar CRM/marketing platforms (desirable but not essential)
