The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.
Responsibilities Ensure compliance with laws and regulations across commercial, technology, real estate, data licensing and service activities.
Provide legal advice and support on regulatory matters, contract drafting, review and negotiation.
Represent the bank in legal proceedings related to commercial and technology areas.
Create and review legal documents including agreements and licenses.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
Deliver training programmes to educate employees on legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements Dynamic and solutions-focused senior qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or similar in the UK or another comparable jurisdiction).
Relevant post-qualification experience (in-house and/or private practice).
Experience advising on a range of commercial and technology agreements - supplier, client and partner facing – including, software licenses, hardware and software maintenance, Saa S and cloud services, sponsorship, professional services, data and index licensing and Po Cs.
Experience advising on and managing legal risk arising in compliance with organizational policies and standards.
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
