Commercial Quality Team Lead

The CQ International Markets Team Lead is accountable for the flawless execution of CQ services including policy consultation and program design.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic commercial quality initiatives in support of the CQ strategy.
• Empowering, inspiring and leading a team of CQ Leads and contractors to deliver CQ services.
• Driving risk-based resource allocation.
• Ensuring CQ colleagues and contractors have the required skills and resources to effectively execute their responsibilities.
• Driving implementation of CQ policies, procedures and initiatives across the International Markets.
• Providing design guidance for commercial programs to optimize the risk and benefit balance.
• Acting as a single point of escalation and a subject-matter expert for CQ Leads.
• Ensuring quality thresholds are met and continuously providing feedback on training assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with strong experience preferably in Pharma.
• Understanding the fundamentals of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Demonstrated extensive experience of aligning senior stakeholders and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Regional and Local operating experience.
• Demonstrated strategic thought leadership & ability to drive transformation.
• Experience of people and line management.
• Experience of working across cultures and multiple time zones.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients.
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written).
