Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Development team and realise go-to-market plans
  • Set the strategy for, and deliver on, bold go-to-market plans for Embedded Finance
  • Create commercial models for partnerships with top tier merchants and institutions
  • Unlock new value pools by identifying clear target sectors for strategic relationships
  • Develop long-term relationships with credible clients
  • Drive the transformation of infrastructure and operating models supporting commercial product management
  • Oversee channel management for superior sales performance
  • Collaborate with the Embedded Finance MD on strategic, analytical, and insight capabilities

Requirements

  • Strong background of operating at executive level, with the ability to influence, engage, and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A clear focus on customer and client needs, and the ability to create solutions that unlock growth and value
  • An ability to balance short term and long-term goals, and use it to set clear overall direction in ambiguous environments.
  • Responsiveness in pricing and trading terms to changing economic conditions, anchored in deeply commercial instincts to deliver profitable growth
  • An ability to influence decision makers internally and externally, to construct winning commercial proposals and bids
  • The ability to build an external and internal network to scout for, and harness opportunities in a rapidly evolving environment
  • The ability to motivate and develop diverse, winning teams
