  • Assist the client journey from registration through KYC approval, platform setup and first trade
  • Contact and follow up with new inbound clients promptly
  • Act as the link between clients, partners and the KYC/Compliance team
  • Keep clients and partners informed about onboarding progress
  • Handle routine payment and settlement queries, escalating where necessary
  • Provide basic platform demonstrations and refresher sessions
  • Re-engage approved or dormant clients who have not started trading
  • Coordinate routine client reporting and operational requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Trading, Compliance and Operations to ensure nothing falls through the gaps
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine client, payment and onboarding queries

Requirements

  • Excellent client-service and communication skills
  • Highly organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple requests
  • Confident working with clients, partners and internal teams
  • Able to take ownership of issues and coordinate them through to resolution
  • A basic understanding of FX products, payments, trading processes and KYC would be beneficial
  • Previous CRM experience is helpful
  • Junior-to-mid-level operational experience
