The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client pension processes, such as transfers and drawdowns, working with the pension administrator and the client to ensure the processes are as smooth as possible.
  • Support with ad-hoc document generation and other tasks where clients need support.
  • Contact ceding providers, where needed, for Pension or ISA transfers to ensure that transfers are handled correctly and efficiently.
  • Help the client services team with some client interactions when volumes are very high.
  • Reach out to clients where requests come from the operations or compliance team for further information, whether to check the legitimacy of payments or to review parts of client applications.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure that client back-office processes are properly managed and the client experience is positive.
  • Be the gatekeeper managing the variety of touchpoints with the pension administrator to ensure that communication is properly orchestrated.

Requirements

  • Must have:
    • A strong work ethic.
    • High levels of organisational skills.
    • A can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working in administrative, client-facing or receptionist roles.
  • Nice to have:
    • A passion for startups and a strong interest in building a career in Financial Services.
    • Some knowledge of financial products, such as pensions and ISAs.
