The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
Responsibilities
- Manage client pension processes, such as transfers and drawdowns, working with the pension administrator and the client to ensure the processes are as smooth as possible.
- Support with ad-hoc document generation and other tasks where clients need support.
- Contact ceding providers, where needed, for Pension or ISA transfers to ensure that transfers are handled correctly and efficiently.
- Help the client services team with some client interactions when volumes are very high.
- Reach out to clients where requests come from the operations or compliance team for further information, whether to check the legitimacy of payments or to review parts of client applications.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that client back-office processes are properly managed and the client experience is positive.
- Be the gatekeeper managing the variety of touchpoints with the pension administrator to ensure that communication is properly orchestrated.
Requirements
- Must have:

- Experience working in administrative, client-facing or receptionist roles.
- Nice to have:
