Overview Lead the UK Insurance Technology function, ensuring it supports business goals and delivers great outcomes for customers.
Define and deliver a clear technology strategy, architecture and roadmap aligned to Bupa’s wider strategy.
Drive large-scale technology and business transformation, including agile ways of working.
Oversee the delivery of technology programmes, ensuring projects are on time, within budget and achieve the expected benefits.
Work closely with senior leaders across the business to prioritise and deliver key initiatives.
Create a strong, open culture that encourages continuous improvement and supports teams to do their best work.
Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers to support delivery and innovation.
Take full responsibility for technology budgets, performance and value for money.
Ensure risks are managed well, including information security, operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
Lead, develop and inspire senior leaders and teams, building capability for the future.
Requirements Proven experience leading technology and transformation in a complex, regulated environment (ideally financial services or insurance) A strong track record of delivering large-scale change and measurable business results Experience shaping and delivering business and technology strategy The ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders Strong leadership skills, with experience developing high-performing teams Commercial awareness, including managing budgets and delivering value Confidence working across risk, governance and regulatory requirements Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple way A collaborative, open approach and a focus on delivering the right outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
