Associate Specialist, Warehouse in Chorley

Monitor and adjust systems bins to ensure accuracy
Process returned stock accurately and promptly, including customer credits/debits and quality inspections for damages
Update weekly and monthly reports to provide visibility of stock management for the customer
Monitor and resolve damaged-stock issues
Deal with haulier claims
Complete audits and inventory counts, including buffers and external storage sites
Carry out stock checks and cycle counts, reporting shortages, damage, or variances

Requirements

• Experience in SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work within a fast paced environment
• Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work closely with senior management, internal and external stakeholders
• Adherence to GXO health and safety policy
