• Create and maintain strong client relationships while promoting Social Value services and other AtkinsRéalis services
• Develop, manage and deliver Social Value delivery plans for clients and project teams
• Plan and run Social Value programmes and activities
• Manage community partners and engage key stakeholders
• Collaborate across the business and with joint venture partners
• Contribute to business development through network building, opportunity identification, bidding and client presentations
• Support procurement and supplier management
• Support supply chain engagement and upskilling

Requirements

  • Demonstrable industry experience in delivery of social value activities and programmes
  • Passion for social impact and ensuring communities have a real say in shaping projects
  • Strong technical understanding of the Social Value landscape in England, economic impact, environmental management, corporate responsibility or sustainability
  • Commercial awareness and business development skills
  • Proactive and confident; able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete all aspects of work
  • Ability to write bids and develop creative social value responses
  • Comfortable with multitasking and change
  • Relevant qualification in social, environmental or natural science, or similar subject, or demonstrable industry experience
  • Ability to operate in an agile environment across multiple projects simultaneously
  • May require security clearance
  • May require proof of residency in the UK for 5 years or longer for security vetting
