- Deliver a broad range of building surveying instructions across commercial property portfolios
- Lead or support refurbishment, fit-out, and improvement projects
- Undertake and advise on dilapidations matters for landlords and tenants
- Support junior team members, including graduates and apprentices
- Support technical due diligence commissions and acquisition surveys
- Provide advice on defects, planned maintenance, and building pathology
- Manage instructions, client engagement and relationships, fee proposals, invoicing, and pipeline
- Serve as a point of contact across the South West region
- Build and maintain client relationships through service delivery and business development
- Collaborate with surveying, engineering, project management, and specialist teams
Requirements
- MRICS qualified or 6 months out from sitting APC
- Experience working across various commercial real estate sectors such as office, retail, industrial, and leisure; residential experience beneficial
- Experience with dilapidations, project delivery, tenant alterations, and technical due diligence instructions, if following the Building Surveying pathway
- Comfortable engaging with clients and taking ownership of instructions
- Collaborative, adaptable, and keen to learn
- Motivated by continuous professional development
- Chartered Building Surveyor, Project Manager, or experienced APC-level Building Surveyor or Project Manager
