Deliver analytical activities to meet project development timelines
Work collaboratively with synthetic chemists, formulation scientists, engineers and external partners
Support pharmaceutical drug development using innovative analytical techniques
Gain exposure to chromatographic techniques including HPLC, GC, CE and SFC
Gain exposure to spectroscopic techniques including NMR, UV and FTIR
Gain exposure to hyphenated techniques including LC-MS and GC-MS
Use other analytical techniques including ICP-OES and XRPD
Perform work according to SHE, quality and compliance standards, including GMP and GLP
Present work to others and engage with the wider network through Employee Resource Groups
Requirements
- Currently undertaking an undergraduate degree in Chemistry or a related discipline, such as Natural Sciences
- Opportunity to spend 1 year in industry starting in September 2027
- Able to commit to 36.5 hours per Monday-Friday working week on Campus
