  • Lead commercial data partnerships end-to-end, from initial engagement and contracting through data transfer, ingestion, and ongoing delivery
  • Coordinate external partners with internal data science, data engineering, legal, commercial, and product teams
  • Work with legal and commercial teams to establish appropriate data sharing and licensing agreements
  • Ensure data assets and statistical outputs meet commercial agreements and project timelines
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Work with technical teams to define good data, ensure usable formats, resolve quality and completeness issues, and support standardisation and annotation workflows
  • Bridge external data providers and internal data/ML teams
  • Support senior leaders in identifying and securing datasets from hospitals, healthcare providers, universities, research institutions, and commercial partners
  • Build and manage relationships with clinicians, researchers, and technology transfer offices
  • Develop repeatable processes for contracting, partner onboarding, data ingestion, and project delivery
  • Help scale Qureight’s data partnerships function

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience overseeing complex, data-rich projects
  • Proven experience supporting commercial data projects with external partners, including pharma/biotech, hospitals/healthcare providers, and universities/research organisations
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with external commercial partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable collaborating with legal teams and working with data sharing and licensing agreements
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiating, or managing access to datasets
  • Understanding of data ingestion workflows, data formats, and data quality challenges
  • Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with data science, data engineering, legal, commercial, and product teams
  • Familiarity with GxP/regulatory software environments
  • Healthcare, biotech, medtech, or techbio experience is advantageous
  • Experience in high-growth startups or scaleups is advantageousFamiliarity with technology transfer offices (TTOs)
  • Familiarity with research collaboration agreements
  • Exposure to clinical trials, AI/machine learning workflows, medical imaging, biomarkers, or real-world data
  • Experience supporting customer deployments or enterprise/pharma partnerships
