  • Design and build Box automations, including Box AI for metadata extraction, classification, and manipulation

  • Configure Zendesk AI features, including knowledge base, FAQs, and agentic or assisted chat

  • Build and maintain integrations across Box, JIRA, HiBob, and other platforms

  • Develop MCP-based and Claude Code-driven automations to remove manual handoffs between teams

  • Ensure automations affecting validated or GxP-relevant systems are version-controlled, peer-reviewed, documented, and validated according to Qureight policies

  • Work with internal departments to identify, size, and prioritise high-value automation opportunities

  • Own automations end-to-end, including monitoring, error handling, documentation, and change management


Requirements



  • Scripting/development ability using Python or TypeScript

  • Ability to build and maintain integrations against REST APIs and webhooks

  • Practical experience configuring and integrating SaaS platforms such as Box, Zendesk, and JIRA, or close equivalents

  • Experience with version control using Git

  • Experience with change-managed delivery workflows

  • Ability to work with AI/LLM tooling, preferably Claude Code

  • Prompt design and evaluating AI output quality

  • Clear written communication and documentation skills

  • Prior experience in a regulated environment such as GxP, ISO 27001, medical devices, or clinical trials preferred

  • Familiarity with computerised system validation concepts preferred

  • Exposure to MCP, agentic automation patterns, or workflow tooling preferred

  • Understanding of information security fundamentals, including access control, data classification, and least privilege preferred
